Plantui Singapore webshop (www.plantui.sg) serves customers in the Asia Pacific region. Orders are fulfilled from Singapore and are sent via air freight.

For plant capsules, we recommend to purchase Experimental Kits which do not contain seeds and purchase local seeds, if you are unsure about the customs regulations of your state.

Out of Stock

In case an item is out of stock, you can drop us an email at hello@plantui.com and we will inform you when the item has arrived at our warehouse so that you can place an order for the item.


Our product prices are in Singapore dollars. GST is not charged on purchases.

Shipment Fees

 Self collection in Singapore is free. Pickup timings are from 10am - 5pm on weekdays. Please arrange for an appointment before pickup.

For delivery within Singapore, shipping fees range from $6 - $10, depending on the weight and size of the purchase.

If a shipment is not picked up from the delivery destination on time and has to be re-sent, the customer is responsible to cover any additional shipment fees.

Payment methods

Our products and the shipping fees are paid simultaneously with the order. You can choose to pay with the following payment methods:

  • PayPal (Major credit cards accepted)
  • Bank transfer

Ordering and paying take place safely in a SSL-protected connection.

Time of delivery

We deliver your items securely and as quick as possible. We will ship your order in 3-5 business days from Singapore.

Wrong or faulty product

If you received a wrong product or the product is faulty or damaged, contact our customer service immediately by e-mail at hello@plantui.com.


We offer two year warranty against manufacturer defects for the Smart Garden units, from date of purchase. We will do a 1-for-1 exchange for the faulty unit. If the unit is damaged due to inappropriate use, Plantui reserves the right to instead offer a replacement part at a fee (excluding shipping costs).
